I would never recommend this firm for family cases. Ruined my case twice. They think £10,000 is a small amount to loose. Never use them for family cases. Go to small Solicitors who really need your business and who will genuinely fight your case and not make deals with the other side to close cases quickly.

I had engaged this solicitors firm for a property purchase and it was undoubtedly the worst customer service I have come across in years. The firm's office was literally right next door and I was hoping that would make things easier and quicker but I was completely wrong. They avoid meeting clients face to face, multiple emails and phone calls are never returned or responded to, and the pace of work and updates on progress is so slow that I had to ultimately take my business some place else which was much faster. In this day and age when most things can be done online I was baffled to see them sending queries and communication by regular post !!

I went to this company to help with the administering of a will. Rather than taking some of the stress away, due to poor customer service two stars is the best I can give. When the work was done, it was complete, so it is not the standard of the work that was the problem, it is the feeling of being kept in the dark even though the cost of their service was in the thousands of pounds. They also dealt with the administration of a sale of a property and I cannot praise the solicitor dealing with that high enough. You felt as though you are a valued customer. If you were thinking of using this company with regarding buying/selling property I would recommend, with regard to will administration read my review and make your own decision.
