Please check before you go if using Apple warranty or and CS codes. It will be a waisted trip. They have no communication with Apple ie case facts and are very happy to say they will not carry out the work. Mix of staff some being very nice helpful and reassuring. Others not so and being quite rude and not really caring.
had a wasted journey after the Apple support on the phone told me that they could sort it out turned out there not an official Apple Store. they wanted to charge me for whole new handset when they said to me that an official Apple Store would be able to replace it for free. they shouldn't really be called i store because I have nothing to do with Apple.
Very friendly and very service-oriented!! I came to ask for some advice on my macbook and Aida was extremely helpful and solved difficult problems no matter how long it took. I highly recommend her!
The price of iphone / ipad accessories is very high. visiting this shop reminded me why I don;t use apple products
