Spoke to Lou regarding the flowers I would like for my husbands funeral. So polite and friendly. The flowers were absolutely perfect. She done an amazing job. From start to finish absolutely professional service I cant thank you enough .

We are giving you guys four stars because we love your flowers and have been served by very friendly and helpful staff before. However today our experience left us feeling sour and I wish to leave a feedback as a customer who genuinely loves the place and wishes to see it improve. Today my boyfriend went by to buy some flowers, we like to get fresh flowers for the flat quite regularly so we do not feel the need to buy a grand bouquet every time, we just like a nice £5 bouquet. Usually when we go and request this we get given a lovely variety (we are usually warned £5 can’t give us much but we are always happy with it). Unfortunately today we were served by a lady who was on her phone and had a phone to her head held up by her shoulder the whole time whilst serving us. When asked for our £5 bouquet she was very curt and said she can’t give us anything good for £5 and proceeded to put together a tiny bouquet of yellow flowers, when asked if we could not get fill it with more of a variety she stuck in one white flower in and that was all we got. I have attached some photos for reference to show the difference to what we usually get for a £5 bouquet vs what was given today. Please note, we are still okay with the flowers nonetheless but it was the attitude that really rubbed us the wrong way and made us not want to come by again. My daughter Pippa absolutely loves this flower shop and Lu! Shes inspired her to want to be a florist! Lu always remembers Pippa and is so lovely to her! I too love this shop the flower arrangements are beautful and always last! We travel from Camberley now to visit! Service cannot be beaten! Thank you!!
