I cant comprehend anyone who would leave negative feedback for this practice. We have been going since 2004 and we have had outstanding service for our much loved cat, right to the end. She lived for 22 years and part of that was down to the superb care she got here. Cannot rate highly enough. Thank you Sheena, Charles and the team. Everyone here deserves a medal. A few years ago our beloved cat became suddenly very ill. Sheila and the team were brilliant. Lipsy came home again. Unfortunately we lost him a few months later. We are extremely grateful for the kind, personal and professional service we received here. All communication and follow ups were outstanding. Overall, the care was to a very high standard and we were treated as a family and our cat was loved and cared about.
Just brought my very shy labrador back after laparoscopic spay. The staff were wonderfully kind and understanding. Excellent experience from start to finish and their care is much appreciated.
Been using this vet for nearly twenty years. You could not ask for more from a veterinary practice. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every member of staff from the vets through to the receptionists are wonderful. You only really know how good a vets' practice is when your pet is at death's door. Time and again Milford have shown themselves to be supportive and compassionate at those trying times.
