Right now it is very quiet due to the Covid-19. But we still have students. And there is nowhere else I would want to work. Everything is being done to help the slow down of the disease. It truly is a remarkable place to work.

University of Surrey is a serene place. One gets a superb view of the Guildford town while standing at the Cathedral.

A University with 95% of its faculties in one campus (Stag Hill). A Quite location close to the historical Guilford Cathedral with also incredible and pleasant landscapes, the university lake to relax during the summer and many more.

An excellent choice for me, started Russian from scratch so took a great leap of faith. The lecturers were encouraging, friendly and supportive. The social ambience and sporting facilities were first class. Four wonderful years including two paid study trips to Moscow and Minsk, a great springboard into life.
