The emergency vet I was sent to did not have exotics experience at all. The vet gave my parrot a pain killing injection without consulting me first ( I had to wait in the car park.) The injection was not needed. I should have been told when I spoke to the practice that they had no exotics experience. Because I wasn't informed on the phone I assumed they had the experience needed. I would not have gone. I spent £147 for no reason. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant. I just felt like I was being duped out of money. In my initial contact, they knew I needed an exotic vet. But I was just sent to the nearest 'open vet and not a specific vet as needed. It just caused my parrot unnecessary stress. Wish I'd waited 24 hours to see an avian vet.

I found everyone really friendly and helpful.. I have to say the following... I do understand from the virus why was told to come alone but sitting in car park wondering what was happening to my old boy for 4 hours was quite distressing and difficult to get a sick 42 kilo dog in and out of the car difficult to say the least..

The care my beloved cat Mousey received from Vets Now was the best possible sadly she was very old snd it wasn't possible to save her but the vets were lovely and made sure I could be with her to give her a cuddle at the end which was very gentle and peaceful. Thank you Vets Now for you kindness Nd compassion

We had an excellent experience with the Vets Now vet, Maria, who looked after our puppy, Skoot. She was a great communicator who reassured us and explained everything with clarity.

Our dog was involved in a hit and run and was brought in by Surrey Police to Vets now but was sadly pronounced dead upon arrival. They made arrangements for us to say goodbye properly the following day, and kept him in storage until we had time to arrange a coffin so that he could be buried at home. He will be sorely missed but I'd like to thank the team for their help during this difficult time.
