2 years ago Took my 5 month old kitten to get spayed around 2 months ago. A lot more expensive than a previous vet for my other cat of a similar age and they make you pay more for the collar!!!!! Now several months later the stitches still haven’t dissolved and have become infected with blood and pus leaking out. Absolutely disgraceful service, they’re only out for your money! The only good thing about this branch is how lovely the staff were. It is sad that the vets do not mirror the quality of customer care to that of the practice. I feel more confident in the receptionist operating on my cat. Now, if you’ve manage to get this far into the review then that’s great! Because I only have one thing more to say. I am definitely moving vets.

Lucy was first at the scene to attend to my horse Danny with an injury from being kicked from another horse in his field. The injury was on Danny’s front left Knee. Lucy immediately cleaned the wound then sedated Danny slightly so she could clip the fur around his injury and take a better look. I was very upset & Lucy was a comfort and talked me through every step. Danny needed stitches and lots of Bandaging. Once Danny was at the Rehab Livery Yard in Compton Eamon saw to Danny’s wound every week ensuring the Bandages were changed and another course of Antibioctics. By the 3rd week Eamon was very pleased with how the Wound was healing a few days later Danny was fit enough for travelling. I can’t thank Lucy and Eamon enough for the care they gave Danny and their kind words. I can’t fault the Rehab Livery Yard either. Danny was extremely spoilt and cared for. Thank you Equi-vets 🐎🏇

All the vets at this practice are excellent. They all understand horses well and have a good up to update knowledge. They give you and the horses time.

These people killed my beloved pet, very unprofessional, Would not recommend! last year my beloved horse wasnt offered the follow up vaccination, i thought he was fully covered, which he wasnt, he developed leptospirosis and the consultant at the emergency hospital he attended, said he could have permanent liver damage as he wasnt fully covered. i complained to Goddard, they investigated and said no proof they were responsible so 'couldnt help me with costs'!! i never asked for remuneration, i asked for apology and to ensure all their veterinary staff were informed to offer this to all future clients so this wouldnt happen again! but as usual its about the money and not the pet welfare! Thank god for the consultant and night staff at the emergency hospital whose ONLY thought was the welfare and recovery of my beloved boy!

Could not recommend Equi-vet more! Friendly, experienced vets and office staff, always very interested and invested in giving the best care for your horse during initial treatment and follow ups. Very reasonably priced, professional staff and extremely reliable! Wouldn’t use anyone else!
