I can not stress how helpful the staff was, I came into the store with my fiancé to pick out wedding rings and straight away we was seen to and made to feel comfortable and not pressured at all like other stores.... the manageress was amazing and not only gave us great advice, but listened to our input and went the extra mile to ensure that the rings we chose was perfect... 10/10 would come back in the future, and 15/10 for the way the staff assisted us

What an experience! Actually saved my day. The only jewellers who not only mended my rings but also at a great price. As an Asian origin we normally wear 22ct and f hinds with great pleasure repaired and remodeled my rings where every other jeweller refused to . Thank you F Hinds. You've done a great job .

Called in to see if they had some ratings I'd seen online, but these were not in stock. The manageress offered to get a pair in for me to see. They arrived a week earlier than promised and were exactly what we were looking for. Really great service
