The service was fine and I got what I needed but I was disappointed to have to chase and remind the solicitor about our meetings. They then had none of the required documents to hand for our conversation and I found it frustrating. This made me wonder how they can charge such a high fee.

Fantastic service. I contacted Springhouse for some legal advice regarding my Enhanced Redundancy offer. A telephone appointment was arranged for the day after I made my enquiry. I was advised the documentation required so that I could have everything in place ahead of my appointment. The service I received by the legal adviser was friendly and informative. This advice enabled me to get back to my employer with a couple of corrections to the redundancy amount I had been offered. My employer corrected this which increased the offer amount. I would thoroughly recommend using Springhouse Employment Law Solicitors.
