Very poor customer service. Came here a few times with no hope but as a matter of urgent need for supplies. Each time asian lady was there, very rude does not smile or greet and makes me feel very weird when in there. I try to avoid this particular branch at all cost. Such a shame that the other boots I usually shop at is no where as bad.

Boots the pharmacy have been so helpful on both occasions when I have called them asking if they had an item in stock,both times they have gone out of their way to check for me,friendly,polite,great customer service.

some of the reviews are quite damning, however i have never had a problem collecting my medication from Boots. i require frequent medication and they always order and receive them in very good time and let me know as soon as they come in. Service is sufficient and overall much better than Lloyds Pharmacy in Lower Sunbury.

Worst place to call if ur ill and need urgently meds as u keeping calling they dont answer ,been there in person and seen them chat to each other and the phone keeps ringing .I have been calling for the last 3 days no answer.worst place ever to gets ur medication .

Seems boots have re listed this branch on google maps to try and avoid all the negative feed back from the previous listing.. before I review it just want to be clear that some of the staff i do like but their customer skills and service really needs to be better .. stopped using this boots for prescriptions as they either hadn't ordered the medication in or had the medication but decided to hand it out to someone else so prescriptions where never ready. A lot of times i went there i was not the only person in the queue to be told come back another day and leave the shop with no meds, It was not uncommon to go there 3 or 4 times to try and get my meds which was infuriating to say the least... there also tended to be a long queue of ppl waiting to be served and always got the impression the staff rather than wanting to serve you would rather avoid serving.Really hope the service improves , not for me but for other ppl that rely on picking up their medication.. your customers deserve better
