Prescription is never ready you have to wait long, stuff is nice and friendly.
The staff are generally really friendly but its starting to bug me that they never have my prescription ready. My doctor sent it over to them 3 days ago and thought I'd leave it a couple of days to give them time to sort out to be told they still haven't got it ready and need to wait a further 45mins for it. I get they are under staffed sometimes but this happens every time for almost a year, you need to sort this system out its appalling and frustrating. I suffer from really bad anxiety so had to leave and will have to come back again tomorrow now as started to feel anxious and have a child at home (luckily had a friend to watch them for me)
Really slow service, they are always so busy.
Website for Bedfont says it’s open Sunday went at 1130 o’clock and it’s closed very annoying 😡
