I have no complaint about the produce but have complaints about the click and collect service the store offers. I had placed an online food shop order for collection. It is a service which is supposed to be more convenient and save time for the user. However, it took an hour to receive the order after making the team aware of arrival. If you are using the click and collect service for your shopping I would keep in mind that it is a slow service and may be quicker to actually do the shop.
Great shop. Lots of options. Can get lots of fresh and frozen items on good deals. Easy check out. If you shop for more than £10, you can get a voucher for parking. Easy access from parking and from High street.
The refurbishment is lovely! They have a huge variety of products at good prices. My only reservation is the touchscreen parking ticket system which prevents me from going during Covid.
