We have two cats - we are able to get an appointment on short notice. Even if the same vets do not see the cats for initial and the follow-up, the care for the cats is seamless

In this difficult time i wish to say how well they managed "me" and my Pet cat who sadly had to be put down, they were very kind and talked me through all the options, and as i was unable to go in, they gave me confidence that my cat was happy and comfortable right at the end even giving her food and hugs.
