Amazing experience. Easy to book. Lovely vet who took his time with my pet, explained everything and has just been completely amazing..
Finally managed to get my cat in for his OP. All went well until It came to my picking him up. He burst out of his cat carrier into the main road outside the vets and took off at speed towards the museum with vet and my other half chasing him. A few agonising nights later he finally returned home looking a little thinner than when he had left. Vets were amazing and helped spread the word. Saw him for a check up and even gave my dtr a special crate to the him along in. Can't rate them highly enough. Above and beyond and called me daily for updates on my little kitty and to let me know what they had done ontop of everything already. Amazing vets.

my kitten needed emergency treatment last weekend and I can’t praise Liana enough for her professionalism and kindness. She took my numerous calls and spent time reassuring me.
Last night I visited Chertsey, and as always was able to get an appointment. Pete was his usual thorough, approachable and patient self, even though he was dealing with many other queries. He went the extra mile and I came home feeling all areas had been covered.
I would definitely recommend them and feel very lucky to have them in Chertsey.
