Safa has a magic touch and healing hands... He treated me with such professionalism, compassion, competence and care. I can't thank him enough. I'd gone through intermittent lower back pain exacerbated by various household tasks (weeding the garden, bathing the dog... Anything involving an exertion of my lower back... ) and had crises of acute pain that meant I couldn't work the next day. I'm 39. I didn't want to live with delibating back pain brought on by little household tasks I had to perform. I had to work the next day! I was looking for a chiropractor, an MRI scan... Anything to diagnose and treat the problem I had... But I found Safa through a Google Search of rave reviews for treating lower back pain in my local area and so I contacted him. I'm so glad I did because his help has been so personally transformative to me. Safa alleviated my pain within the first session we had, and then healed my pain within the second session we had a week later. By our third session, I didn't need to see him again... I wasn't in pain anymore. In full credit to Safa, he had committed to me in the first session we had together, that if he'd done his job, he'd never need to see me again! Safa helped me there and then. Safa is so good, I've told my Dad - a retired GP with chronic and debilating pain - that if he comes to London, he must come and see Safa to help - on me. That's how much I trust the care Safa has to give. That I'd recommend him to the best medical professional I know. My own Dad. Who needs his help too. I hope Safa can help you as he helped me.

I couldn’t recommend PureHealth Physiotherapy enough! After suffering from a nasty fractured elbow, PureHealth Physiotherapy ensured me a rapid and full recovery. Without this help I’m certain I wouldn’t have full range of movement of the joint and would be suffering in everyday life. I couldn’t be more grateful. I initially went to Safa at PureHealth with pins and needles in my shoulder, arm and hand due to stress which he fixed after a few sessions. He's also since treated me for plantar fasciitis in my feet and lower back pain with excellent results. Safa is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and always followed up treatments with advice and exercises I could do at home to help speed up recovery. He's extremely professional and friendly and will certainly be the first person I call for any future treatment. Highly recommended.
