It was really easy to book online. Got a call to check everything the day before I picked up the car. The car was in great condition, and served my family well for the 10 days we had it. Clear pricing. Although a £200 refundable deposit was needed, and I didn't see anything about that when booking (it's possible I missed it but I did read all the small print). That was completely refunded, though, a couple of days after I returned the car.
It cost around £250 for the hire (including insurance). The car - Renault Clio - had satnav, eco driving, and other fancy bits like the helpful dashboard messages). We must have driven between around 400 and 500 miles on a full tank.
The two staff (one on pick up, one on drop off) were really friendly and helpful.
I'd certainly use them again, especially as it's the only car rental with a location convenient for me.

Hadn't noticed a dent on the roof ( neither had the guy who served us) when we collected the van but luckily it was on the computer that it was from a previous rental.
Would recommend that when picking up a car or van video it on your phone.
Very good staff and everything it's done effortless
The staff dealt with me were efficient, helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 members of staff were particularly good Rachel and Vivian.
