Honestly do not know why there are bad reviews on this dentist, I am a former patient with Whitestone dentist and I have never received such brilliant service as I did today I’m now a private dentist service convert! First appointment and I’ve finally had the extraction I’ve been begging my nhs dentist to do for about two years! The dentist is lovely and I am a very nervous patient not once did I feel any nerves today very informal chats the dentist nurse/receptionist was lovely. I would give it one million stars if I could
Been seeing the dentist here for over 5 years now can’t fault him at all. Always brilliant service from the staff, really friendly and helpful. Does a really good job every time.
The receptionist / dental hygiene assistant was great, friendly and chatty. I wasn't too pleased about the x ray as they insisted I take one without informing me of the additional charge. My main issue is my extremely sore throat 8 hours after the dental examination. I'm in agony. Not sure what products they used or if they'd sterilised they're equipment. I've never been to the dentist and had a excruciatingly painful throat.
I have been a patient for many years, absolutely brilliant service, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very clean practice and they have friendly staff.
attended with my friend as she is a nervous patient. we cant believe a so called professional person can be so unprofessional. cursing under your breath. rubbish and unprofessional.
