Good selection of menswear upstairs which has a new layout.
Food hall can get very busy but good Covid measures in operation keeping everyone safe while they shop.
Took my dad food shopping. Good covid measures in place. Always good food and presentation on the shelfs. I maybe a bit old fashioned, M&S food manager nice matching jacket and trousers....but white pumps... Really
Sanitisers everywhere. Regular cleansing. Great selection of clothes. Lovely coffee. Wheelchair friendly.
Food hall brilliant choice of food. Upstairs in Menswear, The rudest bloke on the tills Ever. Was going to buy a shirt and trousers but put them back in disgust. Politeness doesn't cost even during these strange times.
Fab staff, so welcoming. They have gone over and above their service to their customers. My mother and I, before lockdown, visited the cafe at the Arena Park branch at least twice a week. We miss it so much. Carry on the good work.
