Returned an on-line purchase to the shop and was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and courtesy of Elisabeth M. Nothing was too much trouble and we even bought another pair of earrings that were more expensive that the original pair. Very impressed !
I recently had my engagement ring diamond ring repaired as the teeth broke & the diamond fell out.
It has come back beautiful once again. The staff kept me informed of the progress & were very helpful & polite.
Since then I had my daughters ears pierced there. The staff were so attentive, really friendly & very professional I will definitely recommend all my friends so their daughters use F.Hinds in Dunstable also.
Customer service was excellent.

!!!!!!!!!!I still haven't had any payment yet and it is now the end of the day!!!!!!!!Update!!!!!!!!!!!Possibly if not the worst customer service and jewelry shop I have been to!!
I went into their store to buy an item which I could of got from any other store or even on line but I choose to travel from luton to Dunstable to buy an item from F.Hinds Jewellers. For reasons I brang the item back and expected a refund , but in fact they told me that they didn't have any cash in the till so they gave me two options .!!
Option 1, they said if I want a same day payment I would have to pay £15 out of my OWN pocket to get MY MONEY back!!! Or
Option 2, they will pay back my money in two working days , or shall I quote "around a couple of days it takes ".
Annoying as it was I opted for option 2 understandably and waited two working days for my money to be paid which to my surprise it wasnt there! !!! To Read more please check my other review!!!
