I recently came here for the first time and was very impressed with the service. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a lovely, homely feeling about the place - it’s not often you feel comfortable while sitting at the dentist! It was also reassuring to see that they had sensible measures in place to protect against COVID-19. I felt completely safe the whole time I was there. The treatment was quick and painless. The hygienist was far nicer than my usual one, kept me at ease throughout, clearly explained everything she was doing and really knew her stuff. See you again in 6 months!

Reluctantly like most people I needed to see a dentist (Friday Toothache), and called into the Binley Woods Sugary. The receptionist Natasha Alcock, made me feel very at ease, provided an appointment, provided all relevant costs, even a Dental Plan which gives a very good Discount on treatments, which I have since Joined. ( Saved £28 on this treatment only today) On meeting the Dentist (Dr Mitesh Panchal) who again put me at ease, explained my full options, Treatments, provided amoxicillin, also explained I take warfarin (Blood Thinners), he fully explained what was required for treatment, as this would be an extraction. Appointment made. I would like to say I was immediately put at ease for the extraction, proceeded with the Injection small discomfort, and then the extraction, which was really quick small pressure discomfort but was painless, absolutely brilliant what a difference a good dentist makes, I was provide with a full follow up procedure, and next appointment made. I would like to highly recommend this practice, and all the staff, as my personnel experience was fantastic from start to finish, so pleased to have found this dentist.

I needed emergency treatment for the removal of a broken tooth during a trip to England and was recommended to try this Practice.. From the moment I arrived at the reception, I was made to feel very welcome and put totally at ease. Everything was fully explained beforehand. The extraction was painless..(despite my fears). The dentist (Stewart) and his assistant were kind, cheerful and also explained everything as we went along. I left with full follow up procedures I would thoroughly recommend this whole dentistry practise to anyone
