Absolutely fantastic customer service. The watch I ordered was out of stock and they ordered it in for me and sent in out next day delivery so I could receive in time for Christmas. I chose to buy from them as I wanted to support independent sellers and even though I live in London the service I received was superb and I will definitely use them again for future purchases. Highly highly recommend

Excellent customer service and support , along with a price match if they aren't already the cheapest price out there already . I originally used them because they were the cheapest but would use them & recommended them on their service plus the fact that they are the cheapest .

Was looking for a waterproof, long battery, all round smart watch with hiking functions. Decided on Garmin and the Tactix range, searched the web, big and small sites. I needed a supplier that was reliable, with a good price, fast delivery, stock and outstanding customer service reviews.... A hard list to fill in these days of drop shippers, fake web sites, large companies with poor customer service and support. I found D.C. Leake, They had all the aspects I was looking for plus when I checked out their site a discount coupon popped up, not for the next purchase but for the current purchase I was looking at, I could not of asked for more.... I emailed them after the purchase to confirm shipping date, they replied with a confirmation (and tracking was sent to me after). It was a pleasure shopping with them and if I'm in Nuneaton in the future I will call into their real shop. It's so good to find normal businesses trading in the real world and online and offering first class service, thank you.
