Heather Wolfe and the team has been so professional, and very helpful with the case of my son. They took absolute care throughout and very much appreciated right up to the final hearing, especially for me being on the autism spectrum. I would very much recommend anyone looking for a solicitor to go for Willsons, and make them your first choice. You will not regret it.
All I can say is god help you if you have a chap called Paul acting for you. Talks the talk but just simply says everything you want to hear and fails to back it up with any substance. Unsure if he actually knows what he’s doing. REGRETS
Expect hair loss and stress... you will have to chase these solicitors for thé most simplistic questions.
Failed to follow my instructions, and then attempted to cover up with complications by Willsons claiming they did not have the paperwork. Consequently I ended up in lengthy legal proceedings, at the emotional trauma of a minor. Heather Wolfe claims to be an advocate for children, my experience demonstrates the direct opposite. For family matters go elsewhere, be warned.
I wish I never instructed this firm to deal with my conveyancing. Getting through to reception is no issue at all however there is more chance of getting kicked by a snake than having any sort of call back. Emails ignored, call requests ignored overall extremely dissapointing and a lot of regret at ever picking this firm to look after my transaction. AVOID AVOID AVOID
