We were looking to take on a project which wasn't particularly straightforward so I did some research online and found CN Planning had a lot of positive reviews which are certainly earned. Currently occupying a senior position in a council planning department as the day job, plus having inspected for the Planning Inspectorate, Chris is fully up to date with current policy and uses that knowledge to the distinct advantage of his clients. My application was approved first time, and I was particularly impressed with the onus being placed on the council needing to find a very good reason to reject, rather than us providing a very good reason to approve - which of course Chris did as well. Having used an architect for a previous application elsewhere, I can see that the difference in knowledge and expertise is vast. If you are looking for the very best chance of a positive outcome, I would wholeheartedly recommend CN Planning.
