All the staffs are so lovely and welcoming from the front desk staffs to the vets and nurses everyone is so friendly, we can really see they love animals. We feel our dog is good hands. She loves the fuss she gets when we visit!

The vet we saw, Giles, is only a temporary vet, but he was so lovely and very attentive to our puppy, explaining everything to us. The reception staff were very knowledgable about the Pet Plan we asked about and why it would help to have it.
Obviously, having a cavapoo puppy, he gets lots of attention and although we heard our puppy whine when he had the injection, we were confident that he was getting lots of love and cuddles. Thank you.
Fantastic place, lola loves the staff. Kind and courteous people. And a helpful addition in the groomers. Cant praise highly enough.
Great covid safety measures in place. You park round the back in loading bays and the vets come out to your car to collect your pup. Incredibly safe and you don't have to enter the pets at home store for your appointments. I saw a locum vet today who was lovely and helpful.
I felt that the theoretical knowledge/ experience was applied and conveyed to me fully so I understood the process
The outcome for Marmalade was a good one that will improve his quality of life
