Generally good shop however few things I would like to see improved > Search function ability to deal with technical terms for example sizing > Clearer more detailed description so we can make an informed choice. For example is the cutting edge steel or carbide? In a multi pack what sizes are included. This should ideally also be able to be found without having to open every single option or calling the store. > Stocking gas become a more recent challenge with order times being long and then changing and being further delayed > Compatability if I buy a product and need spares or it 4 months later then this has proved to be a problem > Bolts, nuts washers - it would be great if tool station carried a more complete selection of bolts nuts and washers, at the moment this is quite skinny both with range of length and head types. - multi pack discounts or bigger boxes as well as bags available > Semi specialist for common consumer repairs/DIY (a few examples) - parts for fixing flatpack furniture, - hole saws of the correct size for fitting ceiling spot lights - trunking with all the elbows, stops required for cable tidying projects Please get some competent DIYers onboard the team to case study projects for you.
