I have used this company for eight years for a number of rental properties. They are always very professional, excellent customer service and have always matched or bettered competitors quotes. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Very very poor broker and PLEASE USE SOMEONE ELSE.
To cut a long story short - I told CIA that I made an educated "guess" on the rebuild value (50k value home for a home report, i insurance for 80k as i thought that was more then enough but rebuild apparently is 140k!?). I was not told of the impacts this might have on a claim and should have been told. As it turns out I did need to claim on insurance for the above flat water leak. I only got a 64% payout as was "under insurance". They are taken no responsible of this and failed to answer a simple question - Why was i not told that i could not guess this figure and told of the impacts.
AGAIN STAY AWAY.
Giving them 5 stars for getting us very competitive BTl insurance rates for over a long period of time I have done business with them. They come recommended.
Also trade under the names 'insure and go' and 'travel claims service'. Absolutely hopeless, will use any tactic to delay in replying, or paying out. Have had to make complaints through the financial ombudsman and really regret insuring with them.
Not sure that they are a lot better than others as haven't claimed yet. But good price. Once you seek price they are likely to ring you immediately, only annoying if you don't want to buy from them then.
