We were very new to the whole buying experience. Matt was and has been an absolute gem throughout the entire process.
He is always to hand when ever we have had an issue/question. As we've learnt, buying a house can be a stressful process, as our MA Matt made the whole process clear from the outset, and helped with chasing when needed. Couldn't of done it without him.
We live in Suffolk (both before and after the purchase), so not to be considered local, yet we never had a single problem with the distance between.
