I lost my little dog so my husband bought me a locket to keep a lock of her hair in. First chain broke after 3 days and I went back and bought a larger link chain. I have had locket for 2 months the chain has gone black and the locket has lost its sparkling finish. This is a rubbishy shop that tells you you are getting a bargain but it is cheap and tacky. I only shopped there because the size of locket was the one I wanted. Won't be going back!!

They "don't do refunds" and they don't give your money back. Tie you down to the shop and make sure to give you a credit voucher so you have to pay that money in the shop. Disgusting. The terms and conditions were on the receipt she said to me, but the lady that sold me the item "forgot" to mention that to me. Hmmm. THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS.
