I got my ears peirced there when I was 11, and they were fine during healing apart from the fact my ear had swollen slightly (and 2 years later it still is), but when I took them out, I had to rip the back of the earring to get it out (which from what I've seen is not normal) and I found it impossible to get back in. I say stick to scrunchies.

It is absolutely amazing store! There was a buy 3 get 3 free and a 25% off discount. I found that there was a great sale on some items. One item that I bought was an item that was £5.00 cheaper than before. Overall, it was a great experience.

1 star is for the fact my daughter likes the products they sell. The rating cannot get any higher tho after witnessing a member of staff along with a parent trying to trick a young child into the chair to have ear piercings despite the child loudly and repeatedly saying "no no no I don't want to have it done" in my opinion this is a clear sign the child does not want it done and in that case staff should not be trying to push them into it and in no instance should they be trying to trick the child into getting it done.

Absolutely great experience, today after months of trying, our daughter had her ears pierced, the store colleagues were absolutely fantastic, extremely patient and reassuring, thank you for such brilliant customer care
