The Associate allocated to our case was poor at responding to email and only responded to phone calls when we conveyed our worry. Whilst she was working on our transaction we never felt properly informed. There is a real need for training and she needs to become much more aware of customer service. Our case was taken over by Matthew Bosworth who kept us fully informed and responded to queries commonly within 15 minutes. If he had worked for us from the outset I would have given this 5 stars.

Horrible experience, they have caused me such detriment and panic. They take advantage of your vulnerability and mislead you then ask you to cut a huge cheque. I wish I could give 0 stars to this firm.

Brethertons were recommended to me as specialists in international family law. I live in Greece and my children were taken to England without my consent or knowledge. Frequently make mistakes, including data protection breaches, fail to acknowledge and attempt to cover up. Tom Ansell in particular is very poor. I am astonished there is a positive review relating to this individual on this site. His documents are error strewn, constantly has to be chased and does not take responsibility for his mistakes.
