Staff are very friendly but are always too busy sorting prescriptions to man the till.... So you can be stood there for 10 minutes or more before being served.
Noticed in lock down only one member of staff wearing a mask... And that was pulled down.
Not a great example.
Having visited this boots 12 days ago to return some medicine of a loved one who had passed away, and ringing before turning up.l went to the counter and was told would have to wait.l was then treated as l had done something wrong having brought a large amount back .shop was full of people waiting to be seen.staff not at all friendly at this time in our lives. I would not give it any stars at all someone needs to look at this.will not be recommending this boot to anyone. Not a happy day for me.
