Very unhelpful and rude. Despite asking for a note to be put on computer regarding a certain brand of medicine required, which was written on the prescription by doctor I was given wrong brand 5 times 3 of which they wouldn't take back as I had taken them from the shop. I then opened them in the shop before I left. No wonder the nhs is in crisis with this attitude.
Only use to fetch prescription
Poor service, they didn't want to provide a quote for a private prescription, very unhelpful.
