Am a 72 year old, currently housebound following surgery. Had a volunteer collect my prescription today only to find they hadn't given him all the items ordered.
Telephoned them only to be told they will deliver them at a cost of £5 tomorrow. Daylight robbery, I only live half a mile away.
Will definitely be switching chemists and not be using them again.

Sorry to go against the grain here, but I tried to use the chemist tonight, Desperate for tablets, had to wait 10 mins to get them to acknowledge me, 5 mins for them to type war and peace into the computer, another 5 mins behind the partition, only to be told they were out of stock, as they were the time before. then they had no clue how to do a refund of £9 , more typing into the computer, £25 mins in total for nothing. Useless. I always try and use local shops but I wont be going in here again. Terrible service.
Always friendly and courteous. Pharmacist helpful, eg, they will check you understand how to use a new medicine. A small shop so limited range of things you'd expect in chemist's.
