Is a thing I need to speak about sometime if you don't have cash chnage this place doesn't offer you any help for cash II think it is expensive than other available options within the area for laundry and the guy at the reception is not very helpful and not friendly smiling I would recommend him to learn more skills of customer service and arrange the change for money.

The dryers were ok but most have issues with door opening whilst using, when I bought it to the attention of the member of staff there he was rude, incompetent darn right miserable told me I had 'personal issues', absolutely disgusted by his behaviour and when I requested to speak to someone senior he said he was senior. Was shocked as had been there previously and used thekr services prior and didn't have any issue but the time I highlighted it, instead of fixing the problem he began lecturing me about it was my fault..weird old man, avoid.

The man in this shop is very racist, very rude and the machine is not maintained well. I have been here several times and observed his behavior. He talks at your back once you gone in his shop. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
