Even this star is too much. From the last 5 visits always something missing cannot complete even simple recipes. Like nasal spray for my child. The lady take my recipe and say its going to be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I come30 min later she put me to wait 10 minutes."We going to order the spray and you gona have it in Wednesday". I've been told in Saturday. This is not professional. How you can missed basic medical.
appalling customer service, on more than one occasion. Tried to collect my prescription last evening, sent through from my G.P's 2 days ago. They couldn't find it, they knew it had been done and bagged, but just could not find it, after almost an hour i was told, the Pharmacist would do me another one, which took another 20 minutes, when i was given it, it was wrong, and the assistant told me it was no their fault it was wrong, it was the prescription that was wrong, but it was right and the pharmacist had just bagged the wrong medication, which he did eventually change.
But of course, there was an item on my prescription that they did not have in stock, this is the exact same prescription that i have dispensed from Asda pharmacy, every month and have done for the last 2 years.
The pharmacist said, can you come back tomorrow for it ? and i said what and wait another 90 mins ? which the pharmacist thought was highly amusing, A very unprofessional service, and an even more insincere appology.
I will in future have my prescription sent to a better organised pharmacy, and somewhere with manners.
Never answer the phone.
A very busy Pharmacy so some waiting is to be expected, it is smaller than Tesco and Sainsburys Pharmacy but will have most items needed. Reasonable prices in line with other Pharmacist for non prescription items.
Clean and tidy with helpful staff.
