Poor Customer Service!
Yesterday (Friday),I went pick up my prescription and it was out of stock, I was told to try to get my prescription elsewhere. Yet I was not told that I should release the signature.
I went to another Pharmacy, the staff was not able to scan the prescription, they rang the Rowland Pharmacy, nobody picked up the phone. I, myself went back to the Pharmacy and I asked to release the signature, they said it was done. When I went back again to try to get the prescription from the other Pharmacy, once again they were not authorised to scan the prescription.
The next day ( Saturday) Luckily there was different staff, two Excellent gentlemen, that straight away solved the issue!
Finally I went to the other Pharmacy and they were able to give the prescription.
The Ladies not only need training on Customer Service but also on the job itself.
They made me going back and forth, when this could had been solved on the first place.
Very helpful on the phone lovely lady. And answered my query. After I had bad experience at previous pharmacy it's great to get good service. Thankyou.
