Efficient & friendly service.
Absolute joke, Twice my son has seen his doctor and been prescribed urgent medication the doctor has sent it threw to this chemist we have gone to collect it for them to tell us you will get a message in a few days when it’s ready. What part of urgent do this chemist not understand. I’ve never in my life known a system like it this chemist shouldn’t even be open cause they have proved they can’t do there job. I will be reporting there system as they call it to higher in the nhs chemists
The pharmacists are knowledg, helpful, and do their best to maintain a friendly atmosphere. Where they are let down is simply by the fact that there are so many patientsmand not enough people.
I have the utmost respect for them all, they do an amazing job in often difficult and chaotic circumstances.
Do not use this 'service'. They can't use their own system. You order your medication online and then 72 hours later it should be ready. Never ready so you have to call them 1/2 hours before you go collect them. And still not ready. Was on the phone to them after I had ordered my medication online. They said they would have to go to the surgery reception to collect the prescription which is a 5 second walk away from the pharmacy said we are too busy to do so. That was the last time I went there. Highly recommend Lloyds Pharmacy on Clifton Road. No calling up nonsense. Staff friendly and take the time to talk to you if you have any queries and very short waiting time if any.
Sent me a txt to say prescription ready went to collect and there closed 12:30 to 14:00 but the link says they are open
