Extremely rude staff! I have been given the incorrect information twice regarding when an order will be in. The lady who I have just spoken to over the phone had a harsh and abrupt manner and significantly lacked customer service skills. I understand the staff has probably busy although this does not call for sheer rudeness.
Just hate going to this pharmacy. One or two of the staff are OK but most are surly and argumentative. They tend to hide in the dispensary so they can't see if a customer is waiting and no amount of coughing, knocking or calling will tempt them out into the open. If you use this pharmacy you have to be prepared to await their pleasure, and it can sometimes be a long wait.
Booked a flu jab online, no problems...very friendly staff.
