Very worried. Staff not wearing masks. I had to tell a member two members of staff to wear their masks when they were serving people. Obviously a training issue here.

Lovely staff and loads of good clothing. They even have a Costa upstairs which makes an amazing cup of coffee. Loved it.
This retail park is my nearest escape from the Ricoh Arena during breaks in conference sessions. I'm not at all interested in football and its concrete collosseums so I came here and went to the cafe. A welcome temporary Oasis. The area outside the cafe and shop is a bit concrete and stark hut there's the usual good selection of clothes in a bright and airy space. Sanctuary.
Lemme start by saying the staff are brilliant and I have no qualms with them. They have done everything they can to help
But the service from their depot is beyond appalling. I have spent around £1500 on suits for a wedding party and I have now waited 6 weeks for a pair of trousers. A single pair of trousers. Every time I check....the wait is bumped up by a week!
If we don't get the trousers in in the next week or two, I will be returning the entire order. Disgraceful service from their central depot. How in the hell can one pair of trousers really take this long???
