Very poor at answering the phone. Time limit on when officers have the time to even bother to speak with the public. Councillors don’t respond to emails in general. Officers don’t get back to you when they say they will. Very poor public service. All of those involved think they are doing us a favour. Disgusting council.
My experience is very positive and all the people i see do everything they can to help me.

The staff are very good.
Web site says the take calls from 8.30am, I called at 8.30am. "Press 1 for planning", it didn't work. After 27 minutes on hold I gave up - only in the public sector!
