I took my Dad to get some shoes. He is in his nineties, very hard of hearing and with sensitive feet. The sales lady was brilliant, treated him with respect and produced exactly the sort of shoes that he needed. She deserves a medal!

Really busy, didnt feel as though they paid much attention to my daughters 1st shoe measuring. The size she girl chose fell straight of her feet :(. I have to make suggestions. The fitter was very young but no excuse, when its something important. My daughter already has physio on her feet and legs and wouldn't want to worsen. Let down really and no 1st shoe photos either.
Small store not that much choice for kids shoes. Seems that there are lots of colours but not a great array when it comes to practical points like different closing methods in different shoe style (boots, shoes, trainers etc. Generally an issue with Elliots field is that the shops are too small. Would be better to have fewer larger stores
Great shoe shop and always up to date with the latest styles.
I can always find what I want here mainly because I'm a half size so the fit is perfect, also I have worn Clarks shoes since I was a child without problems. (Obviously not the same pair)😄
