Lorraine and Michelle are fantastic! Have been coming this boarding kennels for many years (10 plus) With my pets! Safe to say I can go on holiday with no worries and Lorraine is only a phonecall or text away to update me! Often stays open later so I can pick my pets up after work or they will drop them off if i cannot get there All round 10/10 kennels

Dale and Lorraine have been so helpful during the process of bringing my dog back from Seychelles. Now they have my lovely pupper in quarantine and he seems to be getting acclimated to it. The kennels are clean, the whole place is well looked after and they let us visit as often as we like, being very friendly and welcoming.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Called to enquire about a one night stay, before I had chance to ask another question, the phone was put down. Have used this kennel in the past but will never be using again. A great example of how not to run a business.

You have got to be absolutely mental and really not give 2 hoots about your pet to leave them at Bayton Lodge! My dog spent 2 weeks before I got them the hell out of there and away from with 2 neglectful thieves - DALE AND LORRAINE ! They didn't feed my dog hardly at all which resulted in them loosing 2kg in 2 weeks, left her in freezing, wet conditions and were never there when I turned up unannounced during visiting times , despite them insisting they played with the dogs all day long! All the dogs and cats there were freezing, the heating was never on and the puppies looked like they were on deaths door! I would never have discovered half the things I did if I hadn't kept turning up unannounced. When my concerns for my pet was raised they were worse than rude - they were insulting, aggressive and behaved in an utterly disgraceful manner. DALE and LORRAINE are quite happy to accept peoples money and sit in their big house with their nice cars in the drive which YOU pay for and in return they do b are minimum to naff all for your beloved pet! They have gone way past complacency and without a doubt neglectful and cruel, utterly lacking in basic care for animals and have zero empathy for you as an owner of an animal you love that is part of your family! Please, please do yourself a favour and don't even think about leaving your animal at BAYTON LODGE with DALE and LORRAINE, least of all actually hand over money to them! Call themselves a business let alone decent human beings - they should be utterly disgusted with themselves and need shutting down ASAP!'
