The. Best. Vets. Ever. I trust them. The staff are all lovely, friendly and thorough. They explain things clearly and give you options. The Animal Plan is value for money and peace of mind that your pets are having regular checkups and all their anticipated treatments are included. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 100% The Best Vets Ever, no question.

Animal House Rugby… The Vets consultants are marvellous they have taken great care of my Labrador Over her 8 years on this earth, the problem comes from the admin team in particular the practice manager and assistant manager they have no interpersonal skills whatsoever, they run the practice down by there negativity in dealing with insurance claims, because I challenged there attitude, Tone and behaviour they have now asked me to go to another vets, it has taken them 6 weeks to process a claim, I have no trust with the admin managers if they worked for me they would loose there jobs with there attitude as they are a very poor representation of the real staff of the practice the vets, again they (vets) are marvellous! don’t use this vets as you will be treated with abrupt and incompetence from the practice Managers they have the worst customer relations I’ve ever seen, been with them since 2008 we have paid thousands of £s in vets fees and never had a problem apart from there admin team, don’t use these vets as they are lacking in interpersonal skills and life skills.
