Don't expect any customer service at this place , Bought items for my fence one Saturday morning , took the excess posts and post mix back the following Saturday , wouldn't take them back, as I didn't have my receipt on me , even though I had the exact amount on my phone to show him with my online banking??? not even offered a credit note , but then I said well they are no good to me I don't need them, I will just leave them here , to which the guy said oh yeah fine yeah put it over there , so more and happy to bring back into stock to sell twice ? Absolutely shocking , I know Builders merchants are not the most customer centric of places , but to refuse a refund after only 7 days is a Wee wee take.

Really helpful with enquiries, offer to deliver straight away and well organised with loading heavier or bulk items. Plenty ofd turning accessories the truck and our 12ft trailer. Courteous and helpful staff in and outside the business.

The team they have in Milford Haven are great, they give a good products at fair prices. If you ask a question on how to do a building job the advice has been excellent. Highly recommend them.
