We can't thank Darren enough for capturing our special day! We got married during the COVID pandemic in September 2020, and although this made any things very stressful and uncertain, dealing with Darren was nothing but a pleasure! He worked around the restrictions in place and we had our pre wedding meeting via a zoom call, which we really appreciated as we were still able to discuss all the finer details. He met my now husband at St Marys Church, Horhsam, where he caught some brilliant shots of the Groomsmen approaching the church. And once me and my bridal team arrived we received the same star treatment. You wouldn't have even noticed Darren inside the church, he did well to blend in, smartly dressed, and caught some fantastic shots of the ceremony.He and his wife then worked together at the venue, Ashdown Park Hotel, to make sure all our family and guest shots were taken. His wife even doubled up as a bridesmaid and was always on hand to make sure my dress was positioned properly for each picture! They are truly a wonderful team! With all this being said the pictures we received were simply stunning, we are so so please with them. Thank you so much Darren for all your hard work and capturing our big day just perfectly. We couldn't recommend you enough!

Darren put us at ease as soon as we met him. He provided excellent examples of the various albums and storybooks that were on offer with his packages, listened to our requirements and advised us of the most suitable options. His knowledge, manner and service was by far the best we had seen from the people we had spoken to. Once we had chosen Darren, his communication was first class, leaving us in no doubt as to how the day would run from a photography perspective. He listened to our needs and continued to advise as and where necessary. On our wedding day at The East Sussex National in July, Darren and his wife Kate ran as a professional and efficient unit. With their easy going manner, they made the bridal party feel totally relaxed and ensured that all within their power ran to time and adjusted quickly when delays outside of their control occurred. They had obviously done their homework on the venue and knew the prime locations for the photos. After the service we decided we would like a shot of our guests in the stunning reception area of the venue looking down from the balcony above. Darren’s creativity shone through and he immediately made the suggestion of arranging the guests to form a heart shape with the bride and groom in the middle, which produced an absolutely fantastic photo. The after day service was equally as good; the storybook that we chose is top quality and our parents are absolutely delighted with the smaller versions we ordered for them. Darren was our photographer for our wedding in May which was at Mark Beech church followed by a reception at Ashdown Park Hotel. We chose Darren as he was really friendly and helpful. He responded very quickly to our correspondence both before and after the event. During our wedding ceremony he took the majority of photographs from the back of the church which worked out really well as we didn't have someone clicking over our shoulder and distracting us. He really put us at ease during the day and was very thoughtful in terms of when he took the pictures and when he left us to mingle with the guests. We were very pleased with the beautiful pictures he produced and we really could not have asked for more from our photographer. We would definitely recommend using Darren.

Darren photographed our wedding 10 years ago and did a beautiful job. He was patient and friendly and knew how to get the very best out of people. We have some wonderful photos that still hang on our walls today. A couple of weeks ago, we returned to Darren's studio for a family session with our seven year son. The results are fantastic. I can't recommend Darren highly enough!

Darren Holloway, Was our photography for our wedding at Ashdown Park Hotel. He was lovely, charming and very professional. Would highly recommend him as he listens to everything you require about photography for your day. He makes you feel very relaxed and calm. My wife and I don't like our photos normal being taken but Darren made us feel at home.
