I phoned Michael late afternoon with the problem I had ,he was able to arrange for someone to come out to me within the hour and replace the faulty part.He quoted how much it would be and if anything else needed to be replaced that would be quoted for when the locksmith attended. The locksmith arrived within the hour, was very polite , he checked out the problem and replaced the faulty part and the cost was as quoted on the initial phone call, there were no hidden extras and no call out fee, he made sure I was happy with the work he had done and there is a one year guarantee with the part he has replaced.Excellent service from start to finish.Thank you very much for helping us out when we had a problem. This company is highly recommended for anyone needing any work done in the future.
