We had our old bathroom suite ripped out, walls stripped back to brick, walls and ceiling replastered, walls and floor tiled, electrics, plumbing, decorating and new bathroom suite installed by Able Maintenance. Steve and the team were professional, trustworthy, tidy and friendly at all times. Mess was kept to a minimum, all work was carried out to an exceptional standard. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend Able Maintenance to anyone considering work.
Originally we hired Steve to refit a bathroom but he ended up renovating a one bed flat and Steve assumed the role of general builder where he managed the tradesmen and sourced the materials. It was a pleasant experience and Steve is a very capable tradesman. The bathroom looks excellent and he managed a number of other trades on our behalf (i.e., tiler; plasterer, electrician, plumber, decorator and carpet/vinyl fitter). The flat now looks fantastic and the quote was competitive. If you have a rental property which needs a complete renovation, then i can strongly recommend Steve and his crew. Honest, reliable, professional and good value.

Able Maintenance has done three jobs for us this year; a complete bathroom refurbishment, creating a downstairs toilet and cloak room and decorating our hall and landing. We found all the trades people excellent and produced quality results. They are also pleasant and trustworthy to have in your home.
