Good customer service and very helpful staff.
Awful services, i was overcharged twice. First time i was promised discount ended up paying 130£ instead of 39£, after 3 weeks they have refund me but not the entire amount. I end up paying 50£ for what was meant to be 39£(without the promised discount)
Second time I have paid 49£ for car rental and 200 for the deposit, they have send me 186£ deposit back. 2 weeks passed and still waiting for my 14£ am refund.
Cars are in good condition but always expect to pay more then advertised as it seems they will find a way to overcharge you.
Needed a spacious 4x4 for the day to take some clients around country roads. Great service and was offered an amazing free upgrade on what I had booked. Staff were all friendly and polite - will use again when the need arises!
