Perfect
Signage for car hire needs to be more prominent once exiting the terminal. Other than that everything was good. I hired the car on the 1st December.
Used Enterprise Nov 2019 and Jan 2020 with ease. Super close to Terminal. Easiest rental car centre location for London Airports.
Very disappointed. Worst experience ever!! Super rude and unreasonable staff!! They will make all types of unreasonable excuses in order to charge you for damage you didn't do!! Absolute scam!!
They tried charging us for damage on the bumper then we ended up arguing then we showed them proof that it wasn't our fault. Then they found a scratch on the tire but sadly we did not have proof that it wasn't our fault but we were sure it wasn't caused by us. Ended up arguing again and the manager came out, after arguing for a while we went back to the bumper again and the manager said that the damage on the bumper was actually on the database, we asked why did they not know at first and the manager said that his colleague was a trainee, therefore, she didn't know. So if we didn't have proof we would have to pay for the trainee's mistake??? Then we started getting the upper hand of the argument and the staff decided to change topics and started saying that we are "rude".
Highly do not recommend!!
Great service from Enterprise again, thanks! The pick up and drop off process was super quick (only took a few mins, and felt very COVID safe), and the staff are always very friendly. Also the car was spotless and well equipped.
