Their web advert says "unbeatable prices", they turned out to be about £90 more expensive that other companies I looked at. Clearly the advert is a lie
I picked up a car after a night flight and because I was tired and it was raining heavy I got in and drove off, but I should have refused the car, the smell of Cannabis was so strong it made me feel ill, I spent most of the week driving with the windows down and the heater on full.
the person that cleaned this car should be fired, very disappointed with the car.

1 star for the choice of the car. Very, very difficult for a tall person to get in. Basically have to sit on the sill and lean your head in. It's a Citeron- so maybe expected.

At Gatwick Avis/Budget and despite having a booking to pick up a car at 23.00 it’s CLOSED. Several people waiting to also pick up a car.
Office supposedly open to midnight which is also the understanding of other Avis offices.
IF YOU AREN’T OPEN TO PROVIDE THE CAR WHY ARE YOU TAKING BOOKINGS??? Clearly not a one off as many people, families, children here desperately lost and horrified.
Have had to rent another from a Enterprise which was open and helping to take care of the customers you were happy to take money from but not proved a service.
